Young Adults
We currently have 4 homes registered with CQC for adults aged 18-65. The homes are spacious, tastefully decorated, furnished and adapted to meet the needs of each person living there. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own belongings and make choices about the decor in their own rooms.
The high standards we routinely deliver in these registered homes are reflected in our Care Quality Commission inspection ratings of excellent or good.
Location was an important factor when we opened our homes. They are all on bus routes and close to the leisure centre, shops, cafes, cinema, sensory activities and we are very lucky to have close links with local services for special needs including a college.
We provide a person centered service supporting young people to achieve dreams and aspirations. We have succeeded in supporting people to live fulfilled life’s and reduced challenging behaviour displayed by individuals. This has been successful due to our positive approaches to the life’s of people and our support.
We offer numerous specialised and community based plans to promote independent living.

Each package of support is provided on an individualised basis and is led by the person.
Each of our homes is supported by a team of Life Skills Facilitators led by a Registered Home Manager with the support of two Deputy Home Managers.
Staffing ratios are maintained at a minimum of 1:1 throughout the waking day, and enhanced according to individual needs and types of activity as necessary.
The Life Skills Facilitators are supported, guided and trained by a group of highly experienced professionals; we recruit staff with a wide range of life and work experiences, which contributes to the effectiveness of our service.
The service has an excellent track record of supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Challenging behaviour and other complex needs such as Prader-Willi Syndrome, Anglemans Syndrome, Autism and Bi Polar.
