Our Homes

We have three properties: Higher Morris Farm, Long Lane Farm and Dixons Farm. All of the homes are beautiful detached houses set in large grounds.

Each has been altered to meet the needs of the people who live there. They are all spacious with good communal areas.

All bedrooms in the houses are adapted and individualised to meet the needs of the young people who retire in them.

Long Lane Farm
This is a well appointed and attractively refurbished home offering three individual bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, family style kitchen/dining room and a large lounge. We also have a separate annex specifically designed for one young adult, which comprises of lounge/dining area, with some kitchen facilities, one bedroom with en-suite. This is an ideal placement for a young person who needs the opportunity to mix in a communal area with a quieter area to move to. The established large garden to the rear provides an additional secure area for rest and leisure.

Higher Morris Farm
Restored and refurbished to a very high standard, this home provides five individual bedrooms, three bathrooms, well-appointed kitchen, dining room, and three reception rooms. This enables young people to have both a space for solitude and for socialising. A large established rear garden is located at the rear of the house.

Dixons Farm
The latest of our homes, this property has stunning views over the Cuerden Valley Parkland. The home offers five large individual bedrooms, two with en-suite, dining room, kitchen, reception room, bathroom, conservatory and two large cellar rooms. The self-contained annexe comprises of lounge/dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The secure rear garden covers three quarters of an acre, having lawned area and mature trees to provide interest.
