We currently have 3 homes registered with Ofsted for children aged 7 – 18. Location was an important factor  when we opened our homes.  They are all on bus routes and close to a  leisure centre, shops, cafes, cinema, sensory activities and we are very lucky to have close links with local services for special needs including a college.

The multi disciplinary service provides coherent, consistent and continuous programmes of education, behavioural support, communication therapy and care across a 24 hour day.

Each of our homes is supported by a team of Residential Educators led by a Registered House Manager. Staffing ratios are maintained at a minimum of 1:1 throughout the waking day, and enhanced according to individual needs and types of activity as necessary. The same team of staff supports pupils throughout the day and night on a flexible working pattern to ensure consistency and continuity.

The Residential Educators are supported, guided and trained by a group of highly experienced professionals, we recruit staff with a wide range of life and work experiences, which contributes to the effectiveness of our service.
