Residential

Pupils live in small groups in houses in the community, supported by a team of Residential Educators, led by a Registered Manager. Staffing ratios are a minimum of 1:1 through the waking day, which is enhanced as required according to the individual needs and programmes of the pupils resident. The same staff team supports pupils throughout the day and night on a flexible working pattern to ensure consistency of approach and continuity.

The houses are spacious and furnished to a high standard. We are committed to providing our community based service in typical domestic living environments, accessing local amenities as much as possible.

Contact with families is maintained via a Keyworker system and regular reviews. Visits are welcomed at any time, and pupils are able to visit their family home, with staff support if required, by arrangement if appropriate.

Each house is registered with OFSTED. Copies of inspection reports are available on request from Head Office.
